Cozy Bento is a slow-rising squishy series inspired by everyday bento boxes, cute foods, and animal designs.

This series includes 6 regular designs: Bear Pasta Bento, Bunny Omelet Bento, Kitty Sandwich Bento, Penguin Sushi Bento, Otter Salad, and Puppy Octopus Sausage Bento, plus 1 secret design.

This is a blind box product. You will randomly receive 1 design from the entire series.

The series features warm-colored bento boxes and everyday foods as its primary design elements, combining bear, bunny, cat, penguin, otter, and puppy designs with pasta, omelet rice, sandwiches, sushi, salad, and octopus sausages. Each design has its own food combination and animal character, creating a warm, varied, and adorable bento theme.

After being pressed, the squishy slowly returns to its original shape and has a soft, high-density texture. It is suitable as a stress-relief toy, collectible, desk decoration, photography prop, or gift.

Materials and Texture

Made of silicone that meets food-contact-grade standards. It is soft and elastic, and slowly returns to its original shape after being pressed.

This series has a soft, high-density slow-rising texture with moderate pressing resistance. The overall texture is smooth and has a certain substantial feel, rather than feeling hollow or overly lightweight.

Since different designs vary in shape, thickness, surface texture, and internal structure, slight differences in softness and recovery speed may occur between items.

The squishy designs, color schemes, series concept, collector card, stickers, packaging, and other elements are all original designs and are not affiliated with any existing IP, character, or brand.

Shipping

Orders to Japan are shipped from the Japan warehouse and usually arrive 2–3 days after shipment.

Orders to the United States are shipped from the US warehouse and usually arrive within 5–6 business days.

Orders to Southeast Asia are shipped from China. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Thailand: 4–15 calendar days

• Malaysia: 5–15 calendar days

• Philippines: 5–15 calendar days

• Singapore: 5–8 calendar days

Outer Bag

The Cozy Bento series uses appropriately sized thickened mini crinkle bags according to the dimensions of each product.

Each item includes 1 spare outer bag made of thin, crisp material.

Outer bags are consumable items. Minor scratches or damage that occur during use may not be considered product quality issues.

Inspection, Damage, and After-Sales Service

All products are inspected before shipment.

If you notice obvious shipping damage, please provide customer service with the following:

• A complete unboxing video that begins before the package is opened

• Photos or videos of the product and damaged areas

• Photos of the packaging

• Order information

In the event of missing items, obvious damage, or major quality issues, please submit the relevant supporting materials within the after-sales service period specified by the platform. The specific resolution will follow TikTok Shop policy.

The following are generally not considered product quality issues:

Random blind box results, slight differences in texture or recovery speed, harmless handmade marks, color differences caused by lighting or display devices, individual preferences regarding texture, and wear that occurs during use of the outer bag.

The following are generally normal characteristics of handmade products:
