Additional Costs Other Than the Product Price

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order details. If a free shipping promotion is offered, the applicable conditions will be separately stated on the website or checkout page.
  • International Duties and Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees incurred during international shipping shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.

Payment Methods and Timing of Payment

  • We accept credit cards and other payment methods displayed on the checkout page.
  • Payment will be charged when the order is confirmed. The billing date and payment date applied by card issuers or other payment service providers shall be subject to the rules of the respective institutions.

Delivery Time

  • After payment has been completed, orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times after shipment:
    • 🇯🇵 Japan: 3–5 days
    • 🇰🇷 South Korea: 5–7 days
    • 🇵🇭 Philippines: 4–6 days
  • The above delivery times are estimates only. Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance delays, logistics delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its processing and shipping status. If the order has already been shipped, the return policy set out below will apply.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide the following information: your order number, photos or videos showing the issue, photos of the outer packaging, and a description of the issue. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Eligible Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

If any of the following issues are confirmed, we may provide an exchange, replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances:
  • Significant damage caused during shipping
  • Quality defects that affect normal use of the product
  • Incorrect items shipped, or missing products or accessories

Non-Eligible Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

  • Differences in color, shape, texture, or decoration placement resulting from the handmade production process, as well as minor bubbles, mold marks, or other imperfections that do not affect normal use, are not considered quality defects;
  • As blind box designs are selected at random, returns or exchanges will not be accepted on the grounds that the customer did not receive their preferred design or received a duplicate design;
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.

Return Shipping Fees and Refunds

  • For returns not attributable to the seller (such as products not matching the description, quality issues, or incorrect items being shipped), the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee paid when placing the order is non-refundable.
  • Once a refund has been approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. After we process the refund, the funds will normally be credited within 7–15 days. The actual time required depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

Cooling-Off Period

Online retail transactions are not subject to the unconditional “cooling-off” cancellation right under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions that applies to certain transaction types such as door-to-door sales. All returns and exchanges shall be governed by the terms above and the return policy published on this website.
