The price of a full box is 95% of the total regular purchase price of the individual items.

Each full box contains 6 Cozy Bento squishies.

A standard full box contains:

6 regular designs, for a total of 6 items.

The inclusion rate for the secret design is 1/36. Secret designs are packed randomly, and not every full box is guaranteed to contain one.

If a secret design is included in a full box, it will randomly replace 1 of the 6 regular designs. In this case, the full box will contain:

5 regular designs + 1 secret design, for a total of 6 items.

The regular design replaced by the secret design may be purchased separately by contacting customer service.

Series Designs

Cozy Bento draws inspiration from everyday bento boxes, cute foods, and animal designs.

Based on warm-colored bento boxes, the series combines animals such as bears, bunnies, cats, penguins, otters, and puppies with foods including pasta, omurice, sandwiches, sushi, salads, and octopus sausages.

Each design features its own food combination and animal motif, creating an overall bento theme that is warm, varied, and adorable.

This series includes 1 secret design, with an inclusion rate of 1/36.

The specific design of the secret item will remain a surprise～

Whether purchasing an individual item or a full box, receiving the secret design is not guaranteed.

If a secret design is included in a full box, it will randomly replace 1 regular design.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to not receiving the secret design, the secret design not appearing in a full box, or 1 regular design being missing because it was replaced by the secret design.

Material and Texture

Made with silicone that meets food-contact-grade standards.

This series has a soft, high-density slow-rising texture with moderate resistance to pressure. Because the designs differ in shape, thickness, surface texture, and internal structure, their textures and recovery speeds may vary slightly.

This product is a toy, not food. Do not eat it or put it in your mouth. Keep it out of the reach of young children and pets.

The squishy designs, color schemes, series concept, collector card, stickers, packaging, and other elements are all original designs and are not associated with any existing IP, character, or brand.

Shipping

Orders to Japan are shipped from Japan and usually arrive within 2–3 days after dispatch.

Orders to the United States are shipped from a U.S. warehouse and usually arrive within 5–6 business days.

Orders to Southeast Asia are shipped from China:

• Thailand: 4–15 calendar days
• Malaysia: 5–15 calendar days
• Philippines: 5–15 calendar days
• Singapore: 5–8 calendar days
• Vietnam: 6–11 calendar days

Outer Bags

Each item is packaged in a thickened mini crinkle bag matched to the item’s size.

Each item also includes 1 spare outer bag made of thin, brittle material.

The fit of the outer bag may vary slightly between designs.

All items are inspected before shipment.

If you discover obvious damage, please provide the following information and contact customer service:

• Complete unboxing video
• Photos or videos of the item and the damaged area
• Photos of the packaging
• Order information

Such cases will be handled in accordance with TikTok Shop policies.

The following are generally not considered product quality issues:

Random blind-box results, not receiving the secret design, 1 regular design being missing because it was replaced by the secret design, harmless handmade marks, slight texture differences, color differences caused by display devices, and personal texture preferences.

Notes on Handmade Products

Slight color variations, small bubbles or spots, minor color bleeding, differences in decoration placement, variations in surface texture, trimming marks, and slight differences in shape, thickness, size, softness, and recovery speed are all normal characteristics of handmade products.

If the product has obvious cracks, severe damage, cannot be used normally, or does not match the item ordered, please retain the complete unboxing video and photos and contact customer service immediately.
