About the Back to School Series

「Back to School」is a slow-rise squishy series inspired by the start of a new school term, school stationery, backpacks, and everyday classroom life.

This series consists of 6 regular designs—Bear Backpack, RonRon Notebook, Chocolate Ruler, Yellow Pencil, Bear Pencil Case, and RonRon Eraser—plus 1 secret design.

This is a blind-box product, and 1 design will be randomly selected from all available designs.

Warm chocolate brown, bright pencil yellow, soft cream, and fresh school colors complement one another, turning the neatly arranged backpack, notebook, ruler, pencil, pencil case, and eraser from a new school term into a collection of soft, adorable items.

Each design retains the distinctive silhouette of its corresponding stationery item while incorporating bear and RonRon elements. Detailed backpack pockets, notebook covers, ruler markings, pencil tips, pencil-case zippers, and eraser shapes fill the series with a relaxed, cute, and orderly school atmosphere.

This product is a slow-rise squishy that slowly returns to its original shape after being pressed, with a soft and dense feel. It is suitable for everyday stress relief, collecting, desk display, as a photography prop, or as a gift.

About the Material

This product is made of silicone that meets food-grade standards. The material is soft and elastic and slowly returns to its original shape after being pressed.

This series features a matte stationery-like texture, soft colors, and detailed surface textures. Since each design differs in color, thickness, shape, and internal structure, there may be some variation in softness, feel, and appearance.

About the Feel

This series has a soft, substantial, and dense slow-rise feel, along with moderate resistance when pressed.

When pressed, it has a smooth, soft, and substantial feel like creamy frosting, rather than a hollow and airy feel. Since each design differs in shape, thickness, and internal structure, its softness, pressing resistance, and recovery speed may also vary slightly.

About the Original Design

This product is an original design product planned and developed by RonRon / xiaorong. The 「Back to School」 squishy shapes, colors, series concept, collector cards, stickers, and packaging design are all original creations and are not associated with any existing IP, character, or other brand.

Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped from the China warehouse within 48 hours after purchase.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

About the Outer Bag

「Back to School」uses a specially made thick mini “crinkly bag” tailored to the product's dimensions. The transparent outer bag clearly showcases the school stationery designs and soft color palette, while also providing a unique sound and tactile experience when pressed.

To reduce the risk of damage during shipping, the product will be shipped in protective packaging; each product includes 1 replacement outer bag. The outer bag is a consumable item, and minor scratches or damage that occur during use may not be considered quality issues.

Product Inspection and Shipping Damage Information

Each product is inspected individually and carefully packaged before shipment. If you find obvious damage when receiving the product, please prepare a complete unboxing video recorded from when the delivery packaging was unopened, photos or videos of the entire product and damaged areas, photos of the packaging, and your order information, then contact customer service. After confirmation, the matter will be handled according to the relevant store and platform policies.

After-Sales Service

We recommend starting to record a complete unboxing video while the shipping packaging is still unopened. If the product is missing, visibly damaged, or has serious quality issues, please contact customer service within the platform's specified after-sales period, attaching photos, videos, and a detailed description.

Not drawing a secret or specific design, not collecting all regular designs, slight differences in the feel and rebound speed of different products, minor handmade marks that do not affect use, color differences caused by photography equipment, subjective differences in personal tactile perception, and signs of use on the outer bag are generally not considered quality issues.

Handmade Product Notes

This product is handmade, and each piece undergoes handcrafting, demolding, trimming, coloring, decorating, and packaging. Slight color differences, small bubbles or spots, paint bleeding, deviations in the placement of decorations, minor surface unevenness, joining or trimming marks, and slight differences in shape, thickness, size, softness, and slow-rise speed are all normal characteristics that may occur in handmade products.

If the product has obvious cracks, severe damage, cannot be used normally, or is clearly inconsistent with the order, please retain the complete unboxing video and photos of the product and contact customer service as soon as possible.
