The hidden edition is inserted at random and will not appear in every full box. Even when purchasing a full box, obtaining the hidden edition is not guaranteed.

If a full box contains a hidden edition, it will randomly replace 1 of the 6 regular editions. The items actually received may be:

5 regular editions and 1 hidden edition, 6 in total

A regular edition replaced by the hidden edition can be purchased separately by contacting customer service.

About the Series Design

“Back to School” is inspired by the start of a new school term, school stationery, backpacks, and everyday classroom life. Chocolate brown, pencil yellow, cream, and fresh school colors come together to create a relaxed, neat, and cute back-to-school theme.

About the Hidden Edition

This series has one hidden edition, with a draw probability of:

The hidden edition is inserted at random. Whether purchasing an individual item or a full box, obtaining the hidden edition is not guaranteed. If a full box contains a hidden edition, it will randomly replace one regular edition.

No returns or exchanges are supported if you do not draw the hidden edition, if a full box does not contain a hidden edition, or if you are unable to collect all regular editions because a regular edition was replaced by a hidden edition.

Each blind box includes:

One original collector card; one limited-edition sticker corresponding to the product design

About Material and Feel

This product is made from food-grade silicone. It is soft and elastic and slowly returns to its original shape after being pressed.

This series has a soft, bouncy, dense slow-rebound feel with moderate resistance when pressed. Because the shapes, thicknesses, surface textures, and internal structures vary, softness, pressing resistance, and recovery speed may differ slightly.

About the Original Design

This product is an original design planned and developed by RonRon / xiaorong. The squishy shapes, color schemes, series concept, collector cards, stickers, and packaging designs are all original creations and are not associated with any existing IP, characters, or other brands.

Ships from the China warehouse within 48 hours of placing an order.

About the Outer Bag

Back to School uses a thick mini “Crinkle Bag” specially customized to fit the product’s size. Each product includes one replacement bag, with a size and feel similar to those of the original outer bag. Depending on the product’s shape, the replacement bag may fit slightly differently.

Product Inspection and Shipping Damage Information

Each product is inspected individually and carefully packaged before shipment. If you find obvious damage when you receive the product, please prepare a complete unboxing video; photos or videos of the entire product and the damaged area; photos of the product and shipping packaging; and your order information, then contact customer service. After confirmation, the matter will be handled according to the relevant store and platform policies.

After-Sales Service

We recommend starting to record a complete unboxing video before opening the shipping package. If there is a problem with the product, please contact customer service within the after-sales period specified by the platform, attaching photos, videos, and a detailed description.

Not drawing the hidden edition, a full box not containing a hidden edition, one regular edition being missing because it was replaced by a hidden edition, differences in feel between different products, minor handmade marks that do not affect use, color differences caused by photography, and subjective differences in personal tactile perception are generally not considered quality issues.

Handmade Product Notes

This product is handmade. Slight color differences, small bubbles or spots, paint bleeding, deviations in decoration placement, minor surface unevenness, joining or finishing marks, and slight differences in shape, thickness, size, softness, and slow-rebound speed are all normal characteristics that may occur in handmade products.

If the product has obvious cracks, serious damage, cannot be used normally, or is clearly inconsistent with the order, please retain the complete unboxing video and product photos and contact customer service as soon as possible.
