Details of Each Type

Cocoa Round Cake

Designed to resemble a rich chocolate cake with a rounded, thick shape. The surface recreates the fine texture of cake batter, with chocolate cream-like patterns and elegant decorations on top.

Butter Swiss Roll

About the Texture

All types in this series have a texture similar to cream paste clay. The texture is delicate and soft, with a moderate resistance when pressed.

While there are slight differences in texture due to variations in shape and thickness among the types, overall, they share a consistent and pleasant feel.

Orders will be shipped from our domestic warehouse in Japan within 48 hours of purchase.

Packaging

The squishy itself is packaged in a soft transparent bag to protect the product during transport. This specification is designed to protect the product and reduce the risk of damage during shipping.

Additionally, each product includes a separate replacement outer packaging bag. The included replacement bag has a crisp texture, offering a moderate firmness and pleasant feel. You can use it for collecting or storage as you prefer.

Damage During Packaging and Shipping

We inspect each product before shipping and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition.

In the unlikely event of significant damage during shipping, please take photos or videos showing the outer packaging, the damaged areas, and the condition upon opening, then contact customer support. We will assess the situation and respond accordingly.

After-Sales Service

We recommend recording an unboxing video when your product arrives. If after-sales service is needed later, the unboxing video will serve as valid evidence.

If there is significant damage, missing parts, or any issue affecting normal use, please contact customer support. We will respond appropriately based on TikTok Shop's terms and conditions.

Important Notes
