About Shipping

After placing an order, it will be shipped from the warehouse in China within 48 hours.

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

About the Outer Bag

“Matcha Nap” uses a thick mini “crunchy bag” specially made for the product’s size.

To reduce the risk of damage during transportation, the product itself will be placed in protective packaging before shipping.

In addition, a replacement outer bag will be included with the product.

Handmade Product Notices
