About the Series Design

"Back to School" is inspired by the start of a new school term, stationery, school bags, and daily classroom life. Chocolate brown, pencil yellow, cream, and fresh school colors come together to create a relaxed, neat, and lovely back-to-school theme.

Hidden designs are randomly inserted. Whether purchasing a single item or a full box, there is no guarantee of drawing a hidden design. If a hidden design is present in a full box, it will randomly replace 1 regular design.

Returns or exchanges are not supported if a hidden design is not drawn, if a full box does not contain a hidden design, or if all regular designs are not collected due to a hidden design replacement.

About Material and Feel

This product is made of food-grade silicone material, which is soft and elastic, slowly returning to its original shape after pressing.

This series has a soft, bouncy, and dense slow-rebound texture with moderate pressing resistance. Due to variations in shape, thickness, surface texture, and internal structure, the softness, pressing resistance, and recovery speed may vary slightly.

This product is an original design planned and developed by RonRon / xiaorong. The squishy shapes, colors, series setting, collector's cards, stickers, and packaging designs are all original and not affiliated with any existing IP, character, or other brand.

About the Outer Bag

The "Back to School" series uses thick mini "crispy bags" specially customized to the product size. Each product comes with a replacement bag that is similar in size and feel to the original outer bag. Depending on the product shape, the fit of the replacement bag may vary slightly.

Product Inspection and Shipping Damage Disclaimer

Before shipping, products are inspected one by one and packaged properly. If you receive a product with obvious damage, please prepare a complete unboxing video, photos or video of the product's overall appearance and damaged parts, photos of the product and shipping packaging, and order information, then contact customer service. About After-Sales Service

Not drawing a hidden design, a full box not containing a hidden design, missing one regular design due to a hidden design replacement, differences in product feel, minor handmade marks that do not affect use, color differences in photos, and subjective differences in personal feel are generally not considered quality issues.

Handmade Product Precautions

This product is handmade. Slight color variations, small air bubbles or spots, color bleeding, deviations in decoration placement, small surface indentations, joint or finishing marks, and subtle differences in shape, thickness, size, softness, and slow rebound speed are all normal characteristics that may appear in handmade products.

If the product has obvious cracks, severe damage, cannot be used normally, or the received product significantly differs from the order content, please keep a complete unboxing video and product photos and contact customer service as soon as possible.
