About the Outer Bag

“pool party” uses thick mini “crunchy bags” specially made according to the product size.

To reduce the risk of damage during transportation, the product itself will be placed in protective packaging before shipping.

These minor differences are within the normal range for handmade products. The different appearance of each item is also part of the product's charm.

In principle, if normal use and functionality are not affected, it is not considered a quality issue.

If the product has obvious cracks, severe damage, cannot be used normally, or clearly differs from the contents of your order, please retain an unboxing video and photos of the product and contact customer service as soon as possible.
