Material and Texture

Made from silicone that meets food-contact-grade standards. It is soft and elastic, and slowly returns to its original shape after being pressed.

This series has a soft, high-density, slow-rising texture with moderate resistance when pressed. The overall texture is smooth and somewhat substantial, rather than hollow or overly lightweight.

Because different designs vary in shape, thickness, surface texture, and internal structure, there may be slight differences in softness and recovery speed between products.

Shipping

Orders in Japan ship from the Japan warehouse and usually arrive within 2～3 days after shipment.

Orders in the United States ship from the US warehouse and usually arrive within 5～6 business days.

Orders to Southeast Asia ship from China. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Outer Bag

The Moonlit Chase series uses thickened mini crinkle bags in sizes appropriate for the dimensions of each product.

Each product comes with 1 spare outer bag made of thin, crisp material.

The outer bag is a consumable item. Minor scratches or damage that occur during use may not be considered product quality issues.

Inspection, Damage, and After-Sales Service

All products are inspected before shipment.

If you notice obvious shipping damage, please provide customer service with the following:
