The inclusion probability of the secret design is 1/36. The secret design is inserted at random, and not every full box is guaranteed to contain one.

If a secret design is included in a full box, it randomly replaces 1 of the 6 regular designs. In this case, the full box will contain:

5 regular designs + 1 secret design, 6 items total.

The regular design replaced by the secret design may be purchased separately by contacting customer service.

Series Design

Moonlit Chase draws inspiration from Mid-Autumn moonlit nights, jade rabbits, bears, and desserts.

The series revolves around elements such as the moon, jade rabbits, dango, clouds, lanterns, and milk coffee. It mainly uses soft colors such as creamy white, light brown, and pale yellow, combining bunnies and bears with different Mid-Autumn elements.

Each design has its own shape and details, together creating a gentle, quiet Mid-Autumn moonlit-night theme with a festive atmosphere.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to not receiving the secret design, the full box not containing the secret design, or missing 1 regular design because it was replaced by the secret design.

Material and Texture

Made from silicone that meets food-contact-grade standards.

This series has a soft, high-density slow-rising texture with moderate resistance when pressed. Since different designs vary in shape, thickness, surface texture, and internal structure, their feel and recovery speed may differ slightly.

This product is a toy, not food. Do not eat or place it in your mouth. Keep it out of the reach of young children and pets.

This product was planned and developed by RonRon / xiaorong.

The squishy shapes, color schemes, series concept, collector card, stickers, and packaging are all original designs and are not associated with any existing IP, characters, or brands.

Shipping

Orders within Japan are shipped from Japan and usually arrive 2～3 days after shipment.

Orders within the United States are shipped from a warehouse in the United States and usually arrive within 5～6 business days.

Orders to Southeast Asia are shipped from China:

Each item also includes 1 spare outer bag made of thin, crisp material.

The following situations are generally not considered product quality issues:

Random blind-box results, not receiving the secret design, missing 1 regular design because it was replaced by the secret design, harmless handmade marks, slight differences in texture, color differences caused by display devices, and individual preferences regarding texture.

Notes on Handmade Products

Slight color differences, small bubbles or spots, slight color bleeding, differences in the placement of decorations, differences in surface texture, trimming marks, and slight differences in shape, thickness, size, softness, and recovery speed are all normal characteristics of handmade products.

If the product has obvious cracks, severe damage, cannot be used normally, or does not match the order, please retain the complete unboxing video and photos and contact customer service immediately.
